With views of the tropical garden, the accommodation is fitted with a seating, outdoor dining area and a 52-inch flat-screen TV. All units have a kitchen equipped with a microwave, stove top and refrigerator. Extras include a washing machine and oven. There is also a 43-inch smart TV in selected bedrooms. All units have a private bathroom. Butterfly Garden Boutique Residences by Luxury View features free WiFi throughout the property. Towels, bed linen and maid cleaning service are offered, free of charge.
Friendly staff at the reception can assist guests in arranging airport shuttles, spa treatments and local tours.
Meals, including Halal food, international, Thai, Indian or fast food, can be ordered and delivered to the property.
Bali Hai Pier is 1.6 km from Butterfly Garden Boutique Residences by Luxury View, while Outlet Mall Pattaya is 3.3 km away. Please note that cleaning services will be provided free of charge once every 4 days. Additional cleaning services may be requested for an additional charge.
After hours check-in available. Please contact the property prior to arrival to make arrangements. Please inform Butterfly Garden Boutique Residences by Luxury View in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of THB 3000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
